Tlemcen: framework agreement between the Muslim Scouts and forests. A workshop on the framework agreement developed between the General Directorate of Forestry and the Algerian Muslim Scouts held this Thursday at home in the presence of park managers kechefs the wilaya and conservation of forests and a member of the National Office. The speakers explained the objectives of this document with a vision on the national policy of rural renewal and outreach projects for rural development and participation of these structures to raise awareness about the expected impact of training. A space for dialogue, coordination and partnership in rural areas through various activities beneficial to the people of these mountain areas disadvantaged. Also, it was stressed the role of information and communication, financial and educational resources that will be implemented, training of human resources because the rural districts cited lack of resources and living space. And it is a fact that has been done in several cities. In this same context, it was highlighted the current situation and prospects of this project is going in the direction of the development activities of scouts for the success of rural renewal program initiated for the benefits of these areas and scattered participation of populations and commissions dealing with proposals for actions issued by the base.
